Meeting/Event Information

Our September monthly EWI chapter meeting will be held at the Chattanooga State campus. 

You are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to be well informed as we move forward in choosing our meeting location for the coming year. We desire everyone's input. 

Please register two (2) weeks before the meeting, by August 25. A final headcount is required one (1) week before the meeting by Sept. 1, so enough food is ordered and plans can be made accordingly.

    Chattanooga State Community College
    4501 Amnicola Highway * CBIH Building * Suite 210 * Foundation Board Room 

Menu (unconfirmed): 
    Taco Bar Buffet-Style:  Soft & hard shells, beef, chicken meat, rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, cilantro, chips & salsa, water & iced tea, dessert ideas: key lime pie, brownies, other?

Directions: Enter campus from Amnicola Highway at the West Entrance (not the entrance where the signal light is).
Coming from downtown, you will need to get in the turn lane to turn left before the traffic light.
Coming from Highway 153, turn right after the traffic light.
Upon entering the West Entrance, turn left immediately by the pond, down the long driveway. Parking is available in front of, as well as the rear in the garage of the CBIH Building. You are welcome to park in the parking garage. Come to the 2nd floor using either the staircase or the elevator. The conference room will be the first door on your left at the top of the stairs. If coming up the elevator, come straight off the elevator and the conference room is the first door on the left.  

Important Reminder:  Chattanooga State is an alcohol-free campus. Please respect this TBR policy and refrain from bringing any alcohol either for raffle, secret pal, or personal use to this meeting.
